from the well lit property, to the super polite front desk gentleman. the welcoming experience they provide was exceptional and so very welcome. I was blown away at the quality of the carpets, the cleanliness of the towels and sheets, the towels were very fluffy and absorbent. the sheets were smooth and firm without being stiff. they smelled clean without any bleach smell. the whole room was laid out very well and instantly made me feel relaxed and able to sleep the best sleep away from home I have ever had. the shower water pressure and temperature were excellent and I felt like the acoustics were deadened and I felt like I could hear no one and I didn’t feel like I was in an echo chamber. the view was excellent and the morning staff weee just as kind and helpful as the night staff.

The hotel appeared to be new and the furnishings new and fresh. It was exceptionally pristine and i observe things like odor and dirt in the corners of the bathrooms and stains on the carpets. The entire facility was immaculate. There were numerous options available for breakfast and the breakfast staff kept everything neat and well stocked. They made it a point to greet and interact with the guests ... even the children. They did a great job!

The location was directly across the street from the airport, making it very convenient after landing (and the shuttle was free)! The rooms were clean and the staff was warm and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. So many options and delicious. After breakfast, we went for a walk to kill some time before our plans and the area is beautiful.

The hotel staff, from check in to breakfast crew were exceptional. The front desk and manager were very helpful when I had to add an unexpected guest to my stay. I can't thank them enough! The breakfast was great as well! This was the best Hampton Inn and Suites I have stayed at in years! it is now a new favorite when traveling to this area.
