The parking lot was very big so there was no problem with parking with our car. The rooms were very comfy also the bathroom. On our room there was a fridge which was a big plus and we also had a sink even in our room for water, which was another big plus. The TV was big and quality. The view from the room was very nice on a parking lot with a palm. The breakfast was delicious. We ate so much of it, just perfect for a boost of an energy. The location was great also, near to everything we wanted, mainly the OC and Newport Beach. The price was affordable and if we would have the chance to be here again, we would love to stay here again! :)

This hotel is clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful for any needs. Airport shuttle is helpful. I think it would be nice if the hotel webpage includes the shuttle schedule and information regarding where to meet　etc. but my favorite part is the breakfast. They serve rice and miso soup every day. Also almond milk is helpful since I am gluten and lactose intolerant. For rice it would be perfect if there is furikake but I can't ask so many things. Rice made my life easier. Thank you so much for Marisol, Caroline and Stanley for taking care of breakfast area. They observe and fill the food quickly. It very pleasant stay.

Lots of TV channels to choose from which was great because there's not much to do around there...other than wait. The gal who took me to the airport was friendly...she didn't make me wait until the time I'd requested because I was all ready to go almost half an hour early. That flexibility was much appreciated and above and beyond the call of duty.

The staff on the whole were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was of a decent standard and enough choice. A nice but small swimming pool.

My room was clean and spacious. I appreciate the mini market with snacks and refreshments. Expanding that area would be nice.
